目的:观察十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术后患者,根治幽门螺旋杆菌的远期疗效.方法:回顾性分析收治的81例十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者,根据术后HP检测结果采用不同的药物治疗,疗程结束后随访1年胃镜复查溃疡复发率.结果:正规内科治疗患者中:HP阳性率88.4%(38/43);非正规内科治疗患者中:HP阳性率84.2%(32/38),两组对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.298,P=0.585).1年后复查胃镜,HP阳性患者溃疡复发率:正规内科治疗组复发率为5.3%(2/38);对照组复发率59.4%(19/32),两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.713,P=0.000).结论:十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术后患者根治幽门螺旋杆菌治疗远期效果好,溃疡复发率低. ObjectiveTo observe the Long-term therapeutic effect of cure of Helicobacter pylori after repairing of perforation with acute perforated duodenal ulcer(DU ).MethodWe analyzed 81 cases of perforation of duodenal ulcer in our hospital from 2007 January to 2012 January retrospectively，according to the postoperative HP detection results，we used different medications，after one year follow-up，we reviewed ulcer recurrence rate by endoscopy.ResultsHelicobacter pylori positive rate：the formal medical treatment of patients group was 88.4％（38/43），the informal medical treatment of patients group was 84.2％（32/38）,no significant difference was noted between the two groups(χ2=0.298，P=0.585).Recurrent rate after treatment in HP positive patients for one year：the formal medical treatment of patients group was 5.3％（2/38），the Informal group was 59.4％（19/32），there was a significant difference between the two groups（χ2=21.713，P=0.000）.ConclusionAfter simple repair of perforation for the patients with DU，the cure of Helicobacter pylori have long-term good effect and low recurrence rate.。
