目的:探讨马来酸曲美布汀胶囊、谷维素联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法:选择120例肠易激综合征患者,分为治疗组60例和对照组60例.治疗组给予马来酸曲美布汀胶囊、谷维素及复方嗜酸乳杆菌三联治疗,对照组予马来酸曲美布汀胶囊及谷维素治疗.结果:治疗组的总有效率为86.67%,对照组的总有效率为71.67%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:马来酸曲美布汀胶囊、谷维素联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗肠易激综合征,疗效显著,依从性良好,不良反应少,明显优于马来酸曲美布汀胶囊单联合谷维素治疗IBS,值得临床推广和应用.
