目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与胃炎性病变、不典型增生及胃癌的关系。方法：应用快速尿素酶法，Giemsa染色法及C14 呼气实验三种不同方法检测365例胃黏膜病变，183例慢性胃炎，87例消化性溃疡，56例不典型增生及39例胃癌患者的Hp感染情况；分析不同胃黏膜病变Hp感染率的差异。结果：Hp感染与胃炎性病变及不典型增生的严重程度密切相关，但在胃癌中的检出率较前两者低。结论：Hp感染与胃炎性病变及不典型增生程度呈正相关，Hp在胃襄的发生发展过程中可能是早期事件。 :Objective To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and inflammation,not typical hyperplasia and gastric cancer.Methods Rapid urease test,Giemsa staining and C14 breath test three different methods in 365 cases of gastric mucosal lesion,183 cases of chronic gastritis,87 cases of peptic ulcer,56 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 39 cases of gastric cancer patients with Hp infection;analysis of different gastric mucosal lesions,Hp dyeing rate difference.Results The severity of Hp infection and inflammation and dysplasia are closely related,but in gastric cancer detection rate than the former two low.Conclusion Positive Hp infection and inflammation and the degree of dysplasia,Hp may be an early event in the occurrence and development of gastric assist in。
