　　目的探讨帕金森病患者疲劳和抑郁的相关性。方法选取帕金森病患者“例,疲劳严重度量表(F“ )评价患者的疲劳程度,HamⅡ tulll抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者的抑郁程度,帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQL)评价患者的生活质量,并进行UPDRSⅢ、Hochll孑allr分期评定、改良Wcb虻cr 评分。结果患者疲劳的发生率为714%(40/56)。HAMD评分、PDQLv总分与患者疲劳相关,偏相关系数分别为0笱1(P(0.01)、-0m6(P(oO0^)。无抑郁患者疲劳发生率较低,为”3%,抑郁组疲劳发生率较高,其中轻度、中度和重度抑郁疲劳发生率分别为z~s%,100%,100%。结论疲劳感是帕金森病患者抑郁的重要表现,也可以是独立于抑郁之外的非运动症状,同样影响着帕金森病患者的生活质量。 objecσ ve To idcntif,,thc asqclciation between fdtibqlc and depression lll Parklnson′ s disease(PD) .Ιethods 56PD patlents were en∞ 11ed in this study Thc degec of fatigue was measured by Fatigue Severhy Scale(Fss),Hami1ton Dcprcssion scalc(24items) was used to evaluatec thc dcgrcc of depresson.
