目的：探讨颅脑手术后出现非癫痫性意识障碍症状的临床治疗和原因。方法：选择颅脑损伤进行颅脑外科手术治疗的患者 25例作为研究对象，对其进行临床观察。结果：25例患者中，2例患者术中死亡。术后3个月随访，20例患者恢复良好，3例患者中残。结论：颅脑手术后出现非癫痫性意识障碍症状的原因较为复杂，重视患者电解质水平、内分泌状况并进行积极的抗感染治疗是有效的预防措施 Objective To investigate the clinical treatment and causes of non-epileptic disturbance of consciousness symptoms after brain surgery.Methods 25 patients with traumatic brain were chosed as the object of study and were treated for the treatment of brain surgery.Results Among the 25 patients,2 patients were intraoperative death.After 3 months follow-up,20 patients were recovery,and another 3 patients were moderate disability.Conclusion The symptoms of non-epileptic disturbance of consciousness after brain surgery is more complex.Attention to the patient’s electrolyte levels,endocrine conditions and positive anti-infection treatment could be effective for the treatment.。
