目的:探讨本院成人患者社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床特点，为制定该地区CAP防治策略提供依据。方法:选取我院诊治的320例成人CAP患者作为研究对象，进行病原学检测，所得数据采用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果:老年和青年患者为CAP高发人群，与中年组和青年组相比，老年组肺炎临床表现、发生部位、病原学分布差异具有统计学意义。结论:关于成人CAP流行病学研究较少，病原学检测对CAP的正确诊断和合理治疗具有十分重要的临床意义。治疗中应综合考虑年龄、临床表现、体征、基础疾病情况等多种因素。 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical characteristics of adult patients with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) in our hospital,and to provide scientific basis for constituting preventive strategies and measures.MethodsThree hundred and twenty cases of adult CAP patients were collected in our hospital from Jan，2007 to Dec，2009.Sputum and serum samples were collected for culture，and bacteria were isolated and identified using conventional methods.SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the data.ResultsThe incidence of community-acquired pneumonia is higher in elderly and in younger adults.There were significant differences in clinical signatures,location of lung and etiological distribution between the elderly group and the other two.ConclusionA few population-based studies had been reported on CAP adult patients.Etiological test is very important for the diagnosis and treatment of CAP.Multiple factors should be considered during treatment，including age,clinical characteristics,auxiliary examination and basic health condition，and so on. 　　。
