目的:观察整体护理模式在呼吸内科重症患者的应用效果.方法:选择88例呼吸内科重症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组44例.对照组遵循常规程序进行护理,观察组则以整体护理模式为指导进行干预,然后将两组患者的有效率、无效率、死亡率、患者满意程度及干预前后的 SGRQ量表评分进行比较.结果:观察组的有效率与患者满意程度均高于对照组,无效率与死亡率均低于对照组,干预后的SGRQ量表评分好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:整体护理模式在呼吸内科重症患者的应用效果较好,对于患者疾病状态与生存质量的改善均有积极的作用. Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing in Department of internal medicine patients with severe.Methods 88 cases of patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine as the object of study,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 44 cases.The control group followed the routine nursing,the observation group with the whole nursing model as a guide to intervene,SGRQ scale before and after the two groups of patients with efficiency,inefficiency,mortality,satisfaction of patients and intervention were compared.Results The group of efficiency and patient satisfaction were higher than the control group,no efficiency and mortality were lower than the control group,the intervention of the SGRQ scale score better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The whole nursing model better application effect in patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine,to have a positive effect in the patients condition and the improvement of the quality of life.。
