目的:总结归纳急性腕管综合征的非手术疗法并探讨其临床疗效及可行性.方法:选择进行保守治疗的急性腕管综合征患者60例,符合研究标准的受试对象,采取随机卡片的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组予非甾体抗炎药、Vit B1、Vit B12及支具固定等常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上加用针灸治疗、中频电治疗及手法松解治疗;结局指标观测两组患者的有效率和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)及运动神经传导速度(MCV)平均水平的比较.结果:观察组总有效率较对照组明显提高,MCV及SCV也明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:急性腕管综合征采取综合性非手术治疗方案临床疗效显著,可迅速达到镇痛消炎、营养神经、改善腕部循环、放松肌肉的作用,具有一定的可行性. Objective To discuss and summarize acute carpal tunnel syndrome’s non-operative treatment,clinical curative effect and feasibility.Methods Chose 60 cases of these acute carpal tunnel syndrome patients who have had conservative treatment as clinical study objectives,divided them into observation group and control group according to random cards,gave non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,v itamin B1,B12 and orthosis fixation these conservative treatments to control group’s patients,while added acupuncture treatment,intermediate frequency electric treatment and technique release treatment to observation group’s patients on the basis of control group’s patients’ treatments. Observed these two groups’ patients’ effective rates,sensory nerve conduction velocity and average level of motor nerve conduction velocity. Results Observation group’s overall effective rate was obviously higher than control group’s patients’,and its sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity improved significantly,the results have statistics meaning(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive non-operative treatment has significant clinical curative effect on acute carpal tunnel syndrome,it can achieve analgesic anti-inflammatory and trophic nerve effect quickly,it can improve wrist cycle,relax musclre,and it has certain degree of feasibility.。
