目的:探讨唇裂修复术后鼻畸形的有效整形方法.方法:2002～2012年,我们对90例唇裂修复术后鼻畸形患者采用综合方式手术修复.结果:手术瘢痕不明显,术后鼻外形整复良好,效果满意.结论:采用综合方式手术治疗唇裂术后鼻畸形的患者,复位移位的鼻解剖结构,能获得满意效果,值得临床推广.
