　　目的：对自体鼻中隔软骨短鼻延长及鼻尖形成术进行分析与探讨。方法：2012年5月到2013年5月我院收治的鼻尖低矮或短鼻者30例，采取自体鼻中隔软骨进行鼻部延长及鼻尖成形术，对其整形效果进行观察。结果：平均手术时间为 110min，鼻部平均延长5mm;在之后2年的随访未出现明显的排异、变形等情况。结论：采用自体鼻中隔软骨的进行鼻部延长及鼻尖成形术以矫正短鼻畸形或鼻尖低矮，效果显著，且具有较高的安全性，值得临床推广。 　　Objective：To analyze and explore he autogenous septal cartilage nose tip extension and the nasal tip plasty. Methods：Taking nose low or short nose in 30 patients from May，2012 to May，2013 as the research object，adopting autogenous septal cartilage short nose extension and nasal tip plasty. The plastic effect was observed. Results：The average operation time was 110min，average nose extension was 5mm; after 2 years of follow-up，no patients had obvious rejection and deformation，etc. Conclusion：For patients with short nose，the nasal septal cartilage short nose extension and the nasal tip plastic have obvious effect，with high security，and it is worth popularizing in clinical use.。
