　　目的：针对亚洲人鼻形态，采取分型设计、综合整形技术的研究。方法：选择我院2010年4月至2013年4月的30例术前分型设计、多种鼻整形技术灵活组合的整形手术患者进行分析。根据分型采取单侧鼻翼缘切口、贯穿切口或开放式切口，选择应用单纯鼻梁增高、鼻翼软骨塑形、耳软骨移植、鼻中隔软骨移植、鼻骨两侧消磨降低、鼻下外侧软骨塑形、鼻两侧软组织修剪、鼻尖脂肪垫修剪、鼻翼内收等技术的组合应用。结果 分型设计方案顾客接受度高，术后患者恢复期短，5～15个月进行随访，鼻外形自然、逼真，患者对手术效果满意。结论：以亚洲人的鼻形态特征，鼻整形术前分型设计，采取多种鼻整形技术的灵活组合，可进一步提高鼻整形术的效果。 　　Objective：To study Asian nasal morphology，and to adopt different shaping technology. Method：30 cases in the hospital from April，2008 to April，2013 with comprehensive rhinoplasty operation were analyzed. The technology of open rhinoplasty was adopted. Simple nose argumentation，alar cartilage，ear cartilage graft，nasal septum cartilage tranplantation，lower lateral nasal cartilage，auricular cartilage graft in nasal tip shape，fat reducing repair pad and alar adduction were used. Result：The patients were followed up for 5～15 months after the operation. Patients were satisfied，with nose natural and life like. Patients were satisfied with the result. Conclusion：According to the nasal morphology characteristics of Asians，rhinoplasty should adopt appropriate methods and can improve the shaping effect.。
