目的：探究不对称双眼皮整形修复术的临床使用效果。方法：对我院收治的39例患者行小切口手术，去除眼轮匝 肌，清除患者眶隔多余脂肪及部分埋线重睑成形术，观察患者治疗效果。结果：39例住院以及门诊患者进行不对称双眼皮整形 修复手术后效果明显，患者较满意。结论：对不对称双眼皮整形修复手术中进行小切口手术，手术中进行缓慢细致去脂以及部 分埋线的策略可以很好达到患者的预期目的，值得研究推广。 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of asymmetric double-fold eyelid plastic prosthesis. Methods：39 cases in the hospital inpatient and outpatient department were regarded as the research object， with the small incision surgery，the patient’s orbicularis oculi muscle removal，orbital septum meaning excess fat removal，finally minimally invasive surgery for the embedded wire heavy eyelid forming treatment. The treatment effects were observed. Results：39 cases of inpatient and outpatient department after asymmetrically double eyelid plastic surgery repair effect was obvious. Patients were satisfied. Conclusion：Asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery to repair the small incision surgery，slow removal of fat and some of the embedded wire strategy can be very good to achieve the expected purposes of the patients and meet the aesthetic needs of the patients. So it is，worth studying.。
