目的:探讨颈动脉超声检查在高血压诊断中的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析298例高血压患者的临床资料,另选择152例血压正常者作为对照组,所有研究对象均行颈动脉超声检查,比较两组人群的颈动脉超声检查结果.结果:高血压组患者的颈动脉内膜—中膜厚度(CIMT)均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).高血压患者组斑块检出率为78.5％,显著高于对照组的12.5％,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜o.05).结论:颈动脉超声检查可了解动脉厚度,观察硬化斑块形态,为临床诊断及治疗提供有力的依据. Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of carotid artery ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertension.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 298 cases with hypertensive was operated,152 cases of normal blood pressure were selected as the control group,all subjects were taken carotid artery ultrasound.Results CarotidIntima-Media thickness(CIMT) of hypertension patients were higher than those in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).Plaque detection rate of hypertension patients was 78.5%,significantly higher than control group(12.5%),there was significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Carotid artery ultrasound can understand arterial thickness and plaque morphology,provided the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.。
