目的:对人血管内皮生长因子进行生物信息学分析。方法:采用生物信息学工具和方法对人血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的核苷酸和氨基酸序列进行鉴定、分析、预测和建模,包括其分子结构、理化性质、生化功能、系统进化、蛋白二级和三级模型等重要参数。结果:该基因的核苷酸序列包括3'-UTR、ORF和5'-UTR,推测其编码蛋白分子式为 C960H1504N288O281S23。结论:该基因是含有PDGF重要功能域亲水性不稳定蛋白质,其在动物系统进化过程中可能具有重要作用,且三维结构建模成功。 Objective To human vascular endothelial growth factor was analyzed by bioinformatics.Methods Using biological information growth factor on human vascular endothelial science tools and methods(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF) nucleotide and amino acid sequences were identified,analysis,forecasting and modeling,including the important parameters of the molecular structure,physicochemical properties,biological function,system evolution,protein two level and three level model.Results The nucleotide sequence of the gene including 3'-UTR,ORF and 5'-UTR,the encoded putative protein molecular formula is C960H1504N288O281S23.Conclusion The gene is an important functional domain PDGF containing hydrophilic unstable protein,which may play an important role in the animal system in the process of evolution,and the three-dimensional structure modeling success.。
