目的：探讨剖宫产术后预防和治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理方法。方法：针对43例剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者术后护理分析，总结预防方法及治疗过程的护理措施。结果：8例临床治愈，5例失访。结论：对剖宫产患者早期合理实施护理干预，可有效地降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生。 Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of nursing methods after cesarean section with lower limb deep vein thrombosis.Methods Analyse 43 patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section for postoperative nursing,sum up the prevention and treatment process of nursing measures.Results 8 cases of clinical cure,5 cases missed.Conclusion For patients with cesarean section in the early implementation of the reasonable nursing intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis.。
