目的：评价窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法：120例玫瑰糠疹患者分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组各40例，治疗组患者NB-UVB光疗，3次/周，口服复方甘草酸苷片，3次/d，2片/次，疗程2周；对照1组患者NB-UVB光疗，3次/周，疗程2周；对照2组患者口服复方甘草酸苷片，3次/d，2片/次，疗程2周。 结果：治疗组患者治疗后有效率为95%；对照1组患者治疗后有效率为75%；对照2组患者治疗后总有效率为72.5%。治疗组与对照1组、对照2组疗效比较，差异均有显著的统计学意义(χ2=4.803 9,P＝0.028 4；χ2=7.439 7,P＝0.006 4)；对照1组与对照2组疗效比较，差异无显著的统计学意义(χ2=0.064 6,P＝0.799 4)。三组患者均无明显不良反应。结论：NB-UVB联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗玫瑰糠疹是安全、有效的。 ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect and safety of NB-UVB combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in treatment of pityriasis rosea.MethodOne hundred and twenty cases with pityriasis rosea were divided into treatment group，control group 1 and control group 2 randomly.Forty patients in the treatment group were treated with NB-UVB 3 times weekly and took 2 glycyrrhizin tablets，three times every day for 2 weeks.Forty patients in the control group 1 were treated with NB-UVB 3 times weekly.Forty patients in the control group 2 took 2 glycyrrhizin tablets，three times every day for 2 weeks.ResultsThe effective rate were 95%，75% and 72.5% in the treatment group，control group1 and control group2，respectively.The effective rate of treatment group were statistically significant higher than that of the control group1 and control group 2 (χ2=4.8039,P＝0.028 4；χ2= 7.439 7,P＝0.006 4).The effective rate of control group 1 was no statistically significant higher than that of control group 2.No marked side effects were observed in 3 groups.ConclusionOur results showed that NB-UVB combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets is efficacy and safety in the treatment of pityriasis rosea.。
