摘要:

目的:建立HPLC法测定苯酚溶液的含量。方法:色谱柱为Waters-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65:35),检测波长254nm,流速1.0ml?min-1,进样量10μl。结果:苯酚溶液进样量在2.021μg~20.21μg?ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996,n=5)平均回收率99.7%,RSD=0.81(n=9)。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定。 To establish a method of determination of Phenol solution by RP-HPLC.Methods:RP-HPLC was used Waters-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)column, mobile phase was composed of methanol-water (65:35), The flow rate was 1.0ml?min-1,the UV detection wavelength was 254nm. Results: The linear range of Phneytoin Sodium was 2.021μg~20.21μg?ml-1 (r=0.9996,n=5). The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD was 0.81(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and suitable.。
