乙型肝炎呈世界性流行,全世界共有3.5～4亿人感染乙型肝炎,其中我国占到全世界患病人数的1/4；每年约有100万人死于HBV感染相关疾病,因此乙型肝炎的有效治疗显得尤为重要.治疗过程中,HBeAg阴转或血清转换标志着乙型肝炎的复制能力与传染性下降以及良好的预后,而HBeAg的阴转或血清转换与HBeAg定量水平密切相关.
