目的：探讨和分析超声引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析50例肾结石患者临床资料，采用超声引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术进行治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果：所有患者的手术均取得成功，手术时间60～200 min，平均100 min，肾结石的单次结石清除率达到75%，结石的总清除率达到90%。出血量为150～200 ml，平均175 ml。结论：超声引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术具有较好的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical results and analysis of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 50 cases of renal calculi,using ultrasound-guided minimally invasive treatment of percutaneous nephrolithotomy, observe its clinical therapeutic effect.Results All the patients in the operation were successful,the operation time ranged from 60 to 200 min,100 min on average,kidney stones,single stone clearance rate reached 75%,the total removal rate of 90% stones.The amount of bleeding was 150～200 ml,average 175 ml.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy has better clinical efficacy,is worthy of clinical application.。
