目的:探讨经皮肾镜碎石术术后的临床护理措施及经验。方法:对PCNL治疗的患者给予系统护理措施，评估医护效果。结果:本组患者术后肾造瘘管留置时间平均(3.20±1.29)d，平均住院时间(10.20±1.15)d。经给予系统护理措施，术后轻微血尿于第2～3天消失，所有病例均未发生气胸、造瘘管脱出和肾大出血等严重并发症。结论:临床护理应根据患者的具体情况，全面做好PCNL的临床护理。 Postoperal observation and care of percutaneous nephroscope set in kidney stoneLIAO Yu-qiong, LIU Quan-di（The Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College,Zhanjiang Guangdong 524001,China） Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the postoperal clinical nursing measure and experience of percutaneous nephroscope set in kidney stone. Methods60 cases with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were nursed，and the effect of care was evaluated. ResultsThe time of stoma after operation were (3.20±1.29)d， and average stay were (10.20±1.15)d.By systematic nursing，the little hematuria was disappeared after 2 to 3 days, and there was no cases with pneumothorax, fistulae emersion, kidney massive heamorrhage and so on. ConclusionThe effect of percutaneous nephroscope set in kidney stone is obvious，so PCNL is worth reconstruction.。
