铜绿假单胞菌是医院感染最常见的病原菌之一,其对多种抗生素具有天然耐药性,且由于抗生素的广泛使用,其耐药性越来越强.铜绿假单胞菌耐药机制复杂,本文从基因层面逐一介绍各类抗菌药相关铜绿假单胞菌耐药基因及国内相应现状,就近年来有关的研究进展进行综述. Pseudomonas aeruginosa has become one of the most important gram-negative pathogen associated with nosocomial infection and has an internal ability to acquire resistance to polyantibiotic.For the past few years,overuse of broad spectrum antibiotics has resulted in emergence of resistant P.aeruginosa.Mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance in pandrug-resistant P.aeruginosa is complex,from the genetic level to introduce various types of antimicrobial drug-related P.aeruginosa bacterial resistance gene and the corresponding current situation in progress are reviewed.。
