目的 探讨支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者的应付方式和艾森克人格特点.方法 对60例哮喘患者和60例正常对照组,分别进行应付方式问卷、艾森克人格问卷、一般情况调查表测量,对两组数据进行t检验.结果 ①与正常对照组相比,哮喘患者在应付方式中解决问题、求助因子低于对照组,自责、退避因子高于对照组(t =-2.65、-2.65、2.46、2.06,P＜0.05)；②与正常对照组相比,哮喘患者在艾森克人格中内外向因子低于对照组,神经质因子高于对照组(t=-3.74、3.22,P＜0.05).结论 哮喘患者往往采用不成熟的应对方式,具有神经质和偏内向的人格特征. Objective To explore Coping Styles and Eysenck Personality in patients with bronchial asthma (asthma).Methods Coping Styles Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Questionnaire on general situation were performed in 60 asthma patients and 60 normal subjects.T was used to analyze the data.Results ①Compared with the health control group,patients with asthma had lower problem-solving,resorting,and higher blaming,wincing in Coping Styles Questionnaire (t =-2.65,-2.65,2.46,2.06,P ＜0.05).②Compared with the health control group,patients with asthma had lower E,and higher N in Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(t =-3.74,3.22,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Patients with asthma had immature coping styles and N,E of Eysenck Personality.。
