目的：探讨舒利迭吸入治疗过程中出现依从性差的原因，舒利迭吸入治疗的疗效是否与患者对药物的依从性有关。方法：两组患者在住院期间均接受常规的吸入方法指导，而试验组同时进行护理干预。结果：试验组患者在干预后对舒利迭吸入治疗的依从性明显增加，提高了药物疗效。结论：舒利迭吸入治疗的疗效与患者对药物依从性有很大关系，护理干预可大大提高疗效，降低疾病的复发。 Objective To discuss the cause of poor compliance in the treatment of Seretide,The therapeutic effect of Seretide is related to patient's drug compliance.Methods Two groups of hospitalized patients all accept the conventional inhaled method guidance,but Nursing intervention for the experimental group.Results After nursing intervention,the compliance increased significantly,and improved drug efficacy. Conclusion The patient's drug compliance has much to do with the efficacy of Seretide,Nursing intervention can greatly improve the curative effect,and reduce disease recurrence.。
