　　目的：探讨重睑加内眦赘皮矫正术联合经皮肤入路下睑袋矫正术同时实施的术后恢复情况，分析术后满意率。方法：选取2011年10月到2013年10月在我院实施此三项联合术式者65例(A组)与重睑加内眦赘皮矫正术两项联合术式者100例(B组)，对比两组恢复情况及满意率。结果：7天总满意率A组53.8%低于B组的80%(P﹤0.05);1个月总满意率A组69.2%低于B组的92%，(P﹤0.05);3个月总满意率A组86.2%低于B组的96%(P﹤0.05);6个月总满意率A组96.9%低于B组的98%(P﹥ 0.05);但一年内的恢复情况，A组与B组的差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论：重睑加内眦赘皮矫正术同时联合外切口下睑袋矫正术可以同时实施，但术前应与受术者沟通好。 　　Objective：To discuss the recovery situation of double eyelid with epicanthus correction surgery combined with incision of lower eyelid correction，and to analyze the satisfactory rate after operation. Methods：Selecting 65 cases(A group) and 100 patients (group B) with double eyelid with epicanthus correction surgery combined with incision of lower eyelid correction in the hospital from October，2011 to October，and comparing the recovery and satisfaction rate of the two groups. Results：The satisfaction rate: 7 days total satisfaction rate of group A was 53.8% lower than that of B group 80%，P。
