目的：总结自体脂肪移植丰胸术的手术经验。方法：选取在我院自体脂肪移植丰胸的24例为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：24例研究对象均顺利完成手术，术后3～90天进行跟踪随访记录，切口一期逐渐愈合，抽脂皮肤淤血、不平，乳房硬结等现象逐渐消失，最终恢复正常，外形良好。结论：自体脂肪移植丰胸术的手术时间短、损伤小、并发症少，丰胸效果佳，值得推荐。 　　Abstract：Objective：To summarize the operation experience of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation surgery. Method：24 cases of breast augmentation with autologous fat transplantation patients in the hospital in recent years were selected as the study objects，and their clinical materials were respectively analyzed. Results：All the 24 cases were successfully operated，after 3 days to 3 months follow-up track record，healing incisions were gradually cured，congestion and uneven problem of liposuction skin，and breast induration phenomenon were disappeared. They eventually returned to normal in good shape. Conclusion：The autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation surgery has short time，with less damage and fewer complications，and good breast augmentation effect. So it is worth application.。
