目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在切口妊娠诊断和治疗中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析40例切口妊娠患者的影像学和病史资料,分析子宫切口妊娠的声像图特征.结果 根据声像图病例分为孕囊型26例和不均质肿块型14例；根据症状病例分为无出血型10例,少量出血型17例,大量出血型5例,流产后出血型8例,发现不同症状类型的患者具有不同的超声图像特点,根据患者停经时间和孕囊体积采取不同的临床处理方案.39例患者在超声引导下行清宫术成功；1例患者因肿块较大,清宫术后又行全子宫切除术.结论 彩色多普勒超声可准确诊断切口妊娠,对临床治疗有重要的指导意义.
