目的 探讨断层超声显像(TUI)技术对于异位妊娠的诊断价值.方法 对40例临床上疑似异位妊娠的患者进行二维(2D)超声、彩色多普勒血流图(CDFI)及TUI检查,根据超声声像图分别进行诊断；对所有患者进行随访,并随访手术患者的病理结果.将三种超声检查技术的诊断结果与最终的随访或病理结果进行对比分析.结果 2D超声的诊断准确率(75％)与CDFI(80％)比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；TUI的诊断准确率(95％)与2D超声和CDFI比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 TUI技术能够提供多平面、多断面的超声图像信息,获得更充分的诊断异位妊娠或排除异位妊娠的证据,结合2D超声、彩色多普勒血流图及临床表现是早期诊断异位妊娠的有效方法. Objective To investigate the diagnostic: value of tomographic ultrasound imaging(TL 1) for ec;topic pregnancy. Methods Two一dimensional(2D) ultrasound,〔二]or Doppler flow image(CDF1} and TUl were performed in 40 patients suspected of ectopic pregnancy, and diagnosis was made according to ultrasonic imaging. ALl patients were followed up, and the pathological findings were obtained介om those undergoing operation. The diagnostic results of three ultrasonic techniques were compared with those of follow-up and pathological findings. Results There was no significant difference in the accuracy of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy between 2D ultrasound(75 }7r)and CDFI(80%、(P>0.
