目的：对比观察经阴道与经腹超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的效果，并分析经阴道超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法：选择 疑似子宫内膜息肉患者137例，均依次实施经腹超声与经阴道超声检查，并以病理学检查结果作为金标准，对比观察两种检查方法对子 宫内膜息肉的诊断效果。结果：两种检查方法的诊断结果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；经阴道超声检查的诊断准确率、特异度以及 阳性、阴性预测值等均明显高于经腹超声，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：经阴道超声检查对子宫内膜息肉具有良好的诊断效 果，且相比经腹超声检查其诊断价值更为理想。 Objective To observe the effect of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps effect,and analyze the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine endometrial polyps.Methods Patients with suspected endometrial polyps in 137 cases,in turn the implementation of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography,and the pathological examination results as the gold standard,comparative observation of the effects of two kinds of examination methods for the diagnosis of uterine endometrial polyps.Results There was statistical significance in diagnosis results of two methods of inspection difference(P＜0.05);diagnosis of transvaginal ultrasound for accuracy,specificity and positive and negative predictive values, are obviously higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound has a good effect on the diagnosis of endometrial polyps,and compared the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasonography is more ideal.。
