目的：观察四磨汤、妈咪爱在新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中的临床疗效。方法：将80例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为两组，对照组（38例）采用常规治疗，治疗组（42例）在常规治疗基础上加用四磨汤及妈咪爱口服。结果：两组患儿治疗前胆红素差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05），两组治疗48 h后血清胆红素值、光疗停止24 h后血清胆红索值、治疗天数比较差异有统计学意义（ P0. 05). The treatment days and the serum bilirubin values of two groups had significant difference in 48 hours after treatraent( P﹤0. 05 ). At the same time,the serum bilirubin values of two groups had significant difference in 24 hours after stop phototherapy(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The conventional treatment add with the medilac-vita and decoction of four-drug Juice can quickly reduce the serum bilirubin values,sig-nificantly shorten the time of therapy and it is a reliable treatment.。
