目的:观察乳杆菌在预防细菌性阴道病复发中的作用。 方法:将2009年1月-2010年1月在我院诊断为细菌性阴道病的病例83例，随机分为两组，其中，观察组42例，对照组41例。观察组用甲硝唑联合乳杆菌治疗，对照组单用甲硝唑治疗。 结果:观察组治疗有效率为85.71%，复发率为11.9%，对照组有效率为85.37%，复发率为21.95%。结论:用甲硝唑联合乳杆菌治疗细菌性阴道病与单用甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病疗效无明显差异，但复发率明显降低。 Objective：To observe the role of lactobacillus in the prevention of recurrence of bacterial vaginosis. Methods:Divide 83 bacterial vaginosis cases diagnosed in our hospital during January 2009 and January 2010 into observation group and control group at random.42 cases in observation group were treated with metronidazole combined lactobacillus, while 41 cases in control group were treated with metronidazole alone. Results:In observation group the effect rate was 85.71% and the recurrence rate was 11.9%, while that of in control group was 85.37%, and 21.95%.
